Ava Davis Studio LLC provides directional diagnostic work for product journeys. This work is governance-aware and designed to minimize data exposure.

  • US-only engagements

  • NDA available before any sensitive transfer

  • Data minimization: prefer redacted screenshots, screen recordings, or test accounts

  • Production access not required by default

  • No production exports by default; any exception must be explicitly approved

  • Retention: working materials are deleted within 60 days after delivery (unless required longer by contract)

  • No guarantees: outputs are directional artifacts; results depend on implementation and constraints
