What should not be submitted
- Plaintext passwords or secrets
- Full payment card data
- Sensitive health data
- Information unrelated to the diagnostic scope
2. Privacy handling
Information submitted through this site or through TraceRank is used to operate the product, deliver the audit, respond to inquiries, and provide related support.
Access is limited to Ava Davis Studio LLC and required service providers involved in hosting, payments, email delivery, storage, or related product operations.
Submitted files are intended to be kept only as long as needed for audit delivery and support.
3. File retention
The operating target is to delete submitted files within 7 days of audit completion unless a longer period is required by law or separately agreed in writing.
Buyers should submit only the information needed for the diagnostic.
4. Commercial terms
- The audit is provided as a bounded diagnostic output.
- Outputs are directional and intended for internal business use.
- No guarantee is made regarding business performance, conversion improvement, revenue, or product outcomes.
- Public-safe specimens and demos are not client outcomes.
- Implementation work is outside the standard Founding Audit scope unless separately defined.
5. Accuracy and buyer responsibility
Diagnostic quality depends on the quality, structure, and completeness of the submitted data.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit the data they provide and for removing any information that should not be shared.
6. External services
This site and TraceRank may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, scheduling, analytics, storage, email delivery, and related operations.
Use of those services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
7. Changes
