TraceRank is designed for structured journey exports. Submit only the fields required for the audit and remove direct identifiers wherever possible.

TraceRank audits are designed around these fields:
user_id
session_id
event_name
stage
occurred_at -
Do not submit:
names
email addresses
phone numbers
payment card data
passwords or credentials
support transcripts
regulated health information
sensitive financial information
any export that includes unlawful or unnecessary personal data -
Submitted files may be reviewed manually as part of audit preparation, quality checks, and report construction.

Submitted files are accessible only to the operator and only for the purpose of completing the audit workflow.

Files are retained only as long as needed to complete the audit and any immediate clarification workflow, then deleted according to the company’s retention policy.
Submitted files are deleted within 7 days after audit completion unless a shorter deletion request is made.

To request early deletion of submitted audit data, email ava@avadavisstudio.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Buyers are responsible for pseudonymizing exports before submission when needed.
Buyers are also responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit the exported data for diagnostic review.
